Vivenda JF is a construction project for a T3 house in São Miguel island, with a single floor, set in a vast land.

The house develops with a strong connection between the exterior space and the interior space.

Inside there is a separation of the social areas and the more intimate spaces, however, there is a synergy for the outdoor space of the garden, leisure areas, social areas, gazebo, swimming pool.

Priority was given to the use of endogenous materials such as cryptomeria wood and basalt in the construction.
