It becomes increasingly necessary, in order to guarantee the good preservation and valorization of a building and, therefore, to balance possible investments in corrective works, to analyze it state of conservation, through the identification of present anomalies or possible irregularities that may arise in the future. We carry out Technical Expertise and Assessments for different buildings, which allow us to formulate, if necessary, adequate and assertive corrective solutions.
